How Custom Orders Work

How custom orders work

Many Evermade projects are made to order. Whether you need branded apparel, embroidery, a personalised item or a bulk order, we'll help you work through the practical details before production.

1. Tell us about your project

Send the product or outcome you're after, estimated quantities, preferred colours and sizes, and your required date. Let us know if you already have artwork or a logo.

2. We assess the options

We check the materials, production method, artwork suitability and any supplier requirements before recommending an approach.

3. Confirm the quote and proof

Where applicable, we'll provide pricing and an artwork or layout proof for review. Production begins after the required approvals and payment arrangements are confirmed.

4. Production and quality check

We make your order using the agreed specifications and check it before handover.

5. Pickup or delivery

We confirm the available collection or shipping options for your order.

Ready to start? Request a quote. For straightforward orders we can guide you through the quickest way to proceed.

Quote terms and conditions

Payment and any deposit requirements, production timing, and cancellation or change-of-mind terms are confirmed in each quote. Please review the quote and its terms and conditions before accepting.

Artwork approval

Check any supplied proof carefully, including spelling, colours, sizes, quantities and placement. Production begins after the required approvals and payment arrangements are confirmed. Contact us promptly if you need to change an approved order so we can assess what is still possible and confirm any costs or timing changes.

Pickup and delivery

Available pickup or shipping options, delivery charges and estimated timing are confirmed with your quote or order. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before arranging collection.

Problems with your order

If an item arrives damaged, is faulty or does not match the agreed specifications, contact orders@evermadecollective.com.au with your order details and photos where possible so we can assess and resolve the issue. Nothing in our quote terms or these ordering details excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
